Why Smile?

Why Smile? That is a good question and one that I had for a good portion of my life. But before I answer the question, Why Smile, I would love if you would let me share some backgound about how this site and it's name came about.

(This story is mine and mine alone, told from my point of view and perspective. I fully understand that there are many other perspectives that may feel or see this story differently. That is fine and I respect that, however this is my site and I'll do the story telling here. :) You go get your own site! )

This site has been created and named in honor of my mother, Vicki Skinner. Let me tell you why.
